WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Policy

All Sattnava Technologies products are covered under a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Exception:
The Surge Protector Module used in Sattnava Surge Protector Boards carries a limited warranty of three (3) months only.

Defective Products

Defective products are eligible for repair or replacement within the applicable warranty period.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Original purchase receipt or invoice
• Product images/videos (if requested)

Replacement Policy

Sattnava Technologies will repair or replace defective products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, at its sole discretion.

If the exact product model is unavailable or discontinued, Sattnava Technologies may provide:

• a comparable replacement product, or
• exchange/store credit equivalent to the original purchase value, adjusted for reasonable usage and product condition.

Shipping and handling charges may apply.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Transit Damage

Products found defective within seven (7) days from the original shipment or delivery date may qualify for immediate replacement, subject to inspection and approval by Sattnava Technologies.

Product Warranty

Sattnava Technologies will repair or replace, at its option and free of charge (excluding shipping charges), any product found to be defective under normal use and service conditions during the applicable warranty period.

Sattnava Technologies reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice and shall not be obligated to replace discontinued products with the same model.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Products not provided for inspection upon request
• Improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
• Physical damage, tampering, modification, or alteration of the product
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, or improper electrical supply
• Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, including flood, lightning, fire, earthquake, or war
• Normal wear and tear, aging, erosion, depletion, or product obsolescence
• Damage caused by low-voltage disturbances, brownouts, power fluctuations, or electrical surges beyond product specifications
• Unauthorized firmware, software, or hardware modifications

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited only to repair or replacement of the product as stated above. Sattnava Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
