WARRANTY POLICY FOR sattnava.com
Warranty Period:
- Our products carry a one-year warranty. Exceptions are as follows:
Defective Products:
- Defective products are eligible for exchange within the warranty period.
- Contact our Customer Center to process your exchange via email at warranty@sattnava.com.
Replacement Policy:
- Sattnava Technologies will replace defective products within the manufacturer’s warranty based on the specific product.
Other Defective Items:
- Defective items must be replaced within 7 days of the original shipment date.
Product Warranty:
- Sattnava Technologies will repair or replace, at its option and free of charge (except for shipping charges), any defective product. Sattnava reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that Sattnava is unable to repair or replace the product (e.g., because it has been discontinued), Sattnava Technologies will offer either a replacement or an exchange toward the purchase of another product in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt, adjusted for normal use.
Exclusions:
- No warranties will be honored unless the purchaser provides the product for inspection.
- No warranties will be honored if Sattnava Technologies determines that the product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with.
- The Sattnava Product Warranty does not cover acts of God (e.g., flood, lightning, earthquake), war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low-voltage disturbances (e.g., brownouts or sags), or unauthorized program or device modification or alteration.
